August Directors Meeting Moved
Hello all… I am sorry to have to do this, but I must rearrange the meeting for this month. I will be in Hungry the last Sunday of this month, so we will not be able to have our meeting. However, I do need to touch base with you all about a couple things. I will be letting you know the date of the meeting this week. Please keep watching for the change.
Ladies Conference Success
From what I hear, the ladies had a great time at the 2010 ladies conference. Praise the Lord for the over 200 in attendance. Some of us husbands were able to spend some much needed time at home with the kids. I know that my wife in particular was completely shocked to come home and find that we still had a home.
What do you know… he really does know how to run the vacuum.
We do not say it enough, but than you ladies for all the hard work you do. This weekend was just what my wife needed. Some time alone with the ladies growing spiritually. I, for one, am going to do my best to afford my wife more opportunities to have some alone time for her to spiritual growth.
I can iron my own shirts from time to time.
I can cook her a meal and do a dish too.

Directors Meeting
All GBCKidz workers are invited to the monthly meeting. The last Sunday of every month, we will meet in the Solo Room immediately following the evening service. Each Ministry Director is asked to attend each meeting. We will be discussing yearly events, as well as upcoming activities.
We need you to be there.
Master Club Start-up
Where has the summer gone!?!?!?!? It is time for another great year of Master Club. The club start-up date is August 18th. Please see Thom and Wendi Bennett for any information.

Jr Camp Update
Praise the Lord! God has already shown himself at camp. Last night’s service ended with two of our kids going forward for salvation!
Please pray for the remainder of the week.
On our way!!!
We are on our way to Jr. Camp. Please pray that God moves in the heart of our Kidz. Pray for safety, and a fun time, but most of all, pray that God stirs the heart of our Kidz to desire a closer walk with Him.
We are still in need of 5 sponsors. Please see Andy Lake or call the church office if you can help.
Balloon Fest
Don’t forget about the Balloon Fest this weekend. Grace Baptist will be running the shuttle service on friday and Saturday at 4-10. The shuttle service will be from the parking area to the event.
Come out and show your support.
New Building Times
The church’s new hours of operation during the summer are as follows:
Mon – Fri 7:30am – 8pm (Wed – till 9pm)
Saturday 7am – 2pm
Sunday 7am – 9pm
Please be aware of these changes, and be sure to abide by these guidelines. The custodians will be locking up and departing at these times, so be sure to have everything you need completed prior to closing. Should someone need to be at the church after closing hours, they must contact their ministry head and make arrangements necessary.

Youth Congress
Remember to keep the Youth group in your prayers. They are currently at Youth Congress. Pray that everyone remains safe, and that God moves in a great way.
